dav1d — wasm32-simd decode benchmark

Decodes an AV1 clip with the dav1d CLI compiled to WebAssembly (SIMD DSP tier), single-threaded, null muxer. Pass ?<clip_title> in the URL to bench any clip under https://files.lynne.ee/; with no query it uses the bundled test_short.ivf.
